      <image:caption>Senior Advisor Medical and Health Educator, Program Development and Management, Facilitation Connie L. Brock has been a nurse and educator for over 35 years. Much of her career was spent at Sibley Memorial Hospital/Johns Hopkins Medicine in Washington DC. She began on a Medical/Surgical unit and then moved to the Intensive Care Unit for the next 14 years. In 2000, Connie was recruited to the Endoscopy Unit where she brought her critical-care skills to the recovery and procedure rooms and supported the Cardiac Catheterization Lab as a float and on-call RN. In 2012, Connie joined the Education Department where she was responsible for the education and orientation of staff on five nursing units. This included new graduate orientation, preceptor training, staff support in certification for their specialties, and required competencies. In addition, she participated in general hospital orientation, house-wide hospital initiatives, regulatory surveys and served as an American Heart Association CPR/ACLS instructor. she has been certified in Critical Care, Gastrointestinal Nursing and Nursing Professional Development. In 2019, after retiring from Sibley Hospital, Connie became an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member at Marymount University in Arlington VA. Connie graduated with a BSN from The University of Texas at El Paso and an MSN from George Mason University.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Senior Advisor Executive Coaching, Organizational Leadership, and Emergency Services Mary Beth Michos was the first woman hired into the Montgomery County, Maryland, Department of Fire and Rescue Services where she spent over 21 years. She progressed up the ranks and was Assistant Chief when she left to assume the Fire-EMS Chief position in Prince William County. She served as chief for 13 years. In that position, she led a 450-person career department, which works with 12 volunteer companies within Prince William County, Virginia as a combination Fire-EMS system. In September 2007, Mary Beth was appointed as Deputy Executive Director, Administration and Operations Chief, at the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) in Fairfax, Virginia. She currently works on contract to the IAFC, leading the Fire Service Executive Development Institute which educates the next generation of fire service leaders. Mary Beth has been recognized for her professional achievements, including being selected as the 2003 Career Fire Chief of the Year by the IAFC. She also was awarded the IAFC President's award in 1997 and again in 2005. In June 2019 the METRO Chiefs Association recognized her with the Lifetime Achievement Award. She is very active in her community, serving on numerous policy and volunteer boards. She was recognized in 2017 as one of the “Influential Women in Prince Women County”. Mary Beth holds a BS in Business Administration from Columbia Union College. In 1997, she received a fellowship to the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and completed a Master’s degree in Leadership and Innovation from Marymount University. She also holds a master’s Certificate in Executive Coaching from George Washington University and a Certificate in Positive Leadership from George Mason University. She is currently enrolled in a Doctoral program in Education in Leadership &amp; Organizing Development at Grand Canyon University.</image:caption>

For over 12 years, Amy served the Pennsylvania State University in various strategic communications, marketing, and engagement roles. Most recently, she was director of marketing and communications for Penn State Law and the School of International Affairs where she had responsibility for all internal and external content generation, public/media relations, and admissions marketing for the schools’ 600+ students and 60 full-time faculty. Previously, she spent more than a decade at the Penn State Alumni Association, the world’s largest association of its kind serving 700,000+ alumni and 173,000 members. Amy led a team of creative, digital, marketing, social media, and communications professionals whose focus was to strengthen the organization’s reach, image, and impact by producing and delivering innovative, high-quality content, programs and events. During her tenure, Amy was the organization’s lead media and public relations contact, providing high-level issues and crisis management expertise to the board, volunteers, and staff, including during the Sandusky matter. She also advised and counseled affiliate group leaders nationwide on emerging issues. Prior to returning to her alma mater, Amy spent eight years in marketing and business development at a top-tier southeastern regional law firm based in Richmond, Virginia, with more than 300 attorneys and offices in North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, DC, and London. She has served in numerous volunteer and community leadership capacities, most recently as board member with Centre Helps, a human services agency with a 24-hour mental health/suicide prevention hotline; president of the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts; and she is a board member and alumna of Leadership Centre County.       <image:caption>Principal and Vice President Association Leadership, Systems Integration and Interoperability, Organizational Assessment Anita B. Light is the Principal and Vice President of the Light Leadership Group. Prior to this, Anita was the Deputy Executive Director of the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) – leading the policy, practice, and program teams focused on securing effective public human services policy and examining and promoting innovations occurring in state and local agencies across the nation. Anita also led the National Collaborative for Integration of Health and Human Service, an initiative that focused on system integration through the use of a 21st Century Health and Human Services Business Model.  Since retiring with over 18 years in leadership positions in the non-profit sector, Anita is serving as the senior advisor to the National Electronic Interstate Compact Enterprise (NEICE), a system enabling the transmission of data from one state to another using NIEM (National Information Exchange Model) standards.  Before working in the non-profit world, Anita worked in public child welfare for 17 years in the areas of foster care, adoptions, juvenile delinquency, and family therapy. She also has more than 12 years' experience in human resources as a manager, trainer, and consultant focusing on leadership development, strategic planning, executive coaching, and organizational development. She has also many years volunteering in the community, most recently being appointed by Fairfax City Council to the Human Services Committee and Fairfax County board of Supervisors to the Long-Term Care Coordinating Committee, and she serves in a leadership role in AAUW Fairfax City Branch.  Anita has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Social Work from Longwood College and a Master's degree in education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She received her Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification in May 2010 and she was also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).</image:caption>
